Cancelation Policy

Cancel 48 hours prior to your reservation to avoid any charges; otherwise, the first night will be charged. If you depart early from an extended stay, any extended stay discount will be forfeited, and you will be charged the full room rate.

Guest Policy

Office hours are typically 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. After 6:00 p.m., we can provide a contactless check-in option that must be set up prior to the office closing. The hours for quiet are 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Check-in starts at 3 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. With a $20 fee, we try our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs. All visitors must register at the front desk. Unregistered guests will be charged $15. This may also be a basis for removal. All guests must be over the age of eighteen; however, children under the age of eighteen may accompany their parents. All guests must provide front desk with valid identification. We have the legal right to refuse service to anyone at any time. 

Pet Policy

Dogs are allowed for a total of four nights at a cost of $30 a night, per dog, with a maximum weight of 50 pounds. This is the standard cleaning price; there may be additional charges for additional cleaning or damages caused by the dog. Bringing undeclared pets into a motel room will incur a daily fine of $100. At all times, dogs must be kept on a leash. At no time should a dog be left alone in a room. If your pet poses a threat or is a nuisance to employees or other guests, you may be required to leave.

Smoking Policy

This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is punishable by a $200 fine per night. Cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana are all examples of this. We ask that you smoke off the property and 25 feet away from any entrance way and properly dispose of cigarette butts in accordance with state law. 


Any damages to the room, including significantly soiled sheets, will be charged. For messes, we can provide cleaning supplies. For any other damages to the room, such as broken furniture, we reserve the right to charge the full cost. If we need to employ a contractor to repair any damages, the guest will be charged the full amount.
